- You are the owner
- The apartment can be rented out for at least one year
- The property is renovated within the last five years
- Contain high-quality furniture and a tasteful decor
- Contain built-in kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator and small freezer and extractor hood
- Contain clean, modern, well-equipped bathroom
- Contain washing machine and vacuum cleaner
- TV and DVD-player, Digital Receiver and W-LAN
- Have wooden floors (no carpet)
- Elevator from 4th floor
