Admission fee including visiting the property, taking and adapting pictures, offering the flat: 90 Euro
The fee is not to be paid if you used our Furnishing Assistence Service.

Rental Management Service: The rental management fee is 15% of the total rental income plus 19% VAT. There are no charges when the property is vacant. The fee is payable after the rental contract has been signed and invoice issued.
